* Leaking data structures between tests (#707)

* Introduce state_provider injection

* Refactor game state provider into a new file

* Mis-spelt import causing tests to fail

* Missed out import

* Possible path change for import

* Refactor globals into providers instances instead

* Take care of session id to avatar id mappings

* Rename globals to not be called globals =)

* Do some test refactoring so that new definitions pass

* Follow the same naming convention for default

* Instantiate LogsProvider and indicate they are private
