Refactor the VaspParser by moving setup of quantities and parsers to … (#188)

* Refactor the VaspParser by moving setup of quantities and parsers to separate classes.

* Update 'test_vasp_parser'

* Add function to convert parser settings

* Move loading FileParser set to ParserManager

* Change access rights for VaspParser.parsers and VaspParser.quantities

* Moved settings as dependency from 'get_quantity' to FileParser.__init__

* Let parsing fail, if one of the requested output_nodes is None

* Reworked the ParserSettings and moved file_parser_definitions to the ParserSettings

This way the ParsableQuantities, which only require the file parser definitions, do
not need a reference to the ParserManager anymore.

* 'set_parsers_definitons' default defaults to 'default' and uses deepcopy
