* Introduce state_provider injection

* Refactor game state provider into a new file

* Mis-spelt import causing tests to fail

* Missed out import

* Possible path change for import

* Refactor globals into providers instances instead

* New getter for logs

* More refactoring for tests

* Take care of session id to avatar id mappings

* Remove static typing of Python 2 sheninigans

* Add package-lock.json back

* Rename globals to not be called globals =)

* Remove irrelevant comment as its already documented in issues
