Files in `share` (and also in `biggraphite/cli/web/static`) are not
installed in `site-packages`, either using pip eiether using setup.py.
They are however in the tar.gz archive.

Reverting this commit while we&#39;re fixing this at it prevents from using
BigGraphite with Elasticsearch metadata driver.
