This adds a few new tests for magic links and free external links
which expose minor differences between Parsoid and PHP.  These will be

There is also a new test added for &lt;bdi&gt; in the table of contents.
Parsoid doesn&#39;t emit the table of contents, so this test is irrelevant
and is added to the blacklist.
