Connectivity widget: update internal annotation map on annotation update

If an annotation changes somewhere in the front-end, the connectivity
widget will now update its internal annotation map. Ideally, it would
check if any of its skeletons would be affected, but since the annotation
event only returns entity IDs at the moment, we would need an extra
lookup to do that, which hasn't been implemented.
