Epheph/ch11769/enable ability to search all markets even (#566)

* added migration script to create fts table

* wired up getter for full text search, getter needs work

* first stab at getter need refine sub raw query

* linting

* fix query, it magically uses '' to escape text and didn't need a double select, they do that for me

* add seed data and getter unit tests

* moved creating full text string to helper, fix unit tests for log processor and getter

* Update get-markets-search.ts
