wreck/lua: fix crash due to Lua stack overflow

Problem: After removal of code to run each Lua plugin script as a
coroutine, the scripts all share a global Lua stack. With many
scripts and many tasks, the potential overflowing the Lua VM stack
goes up, and in fact a wreck test was failing on some systems when
running 129 tasks due to this problem.

Be sure to reset the Lua stack before calling handlers from Lua
plugin scripts to avoid this issue.
