Additional dates functionality:
- generator to add the bootstrap date picker to date fields, with configuration for selecting the fields that have it applied
- generator to add the blacklight range gem to enable a date slider in the search
- a default indexer to extract years from any date field and index them into the date_range_sim facet field
Other functionality:
- a new helper method to truncate longer text fields in the search results
- added a 'next' to the singular attributes actor module that skips nil values
