3D viewer: fix tab panel height compensation

Since the tab pabel was introduced to the 3D viewer, the height
compensation for the controls above the actual WebGL canvas was broken.
This commit fixes this by using the correct DIV container in the height
calculation. The now obsolete button panel DIV has been removed.

This change also makes the pre-defined views (XY, XZ, ZY, ZX) display
correctly, i.e. the whole bounding box is now seen again, when selected.
