Morphology test (#45)

General:
The morphology file is now opened and checked by the OSC_Sim class
instead of within main for easier testing.  This is done by sending the
morphology filename as a parameter in the Parameters_OPV struct.

main:
-removed morphology filename member variable from the Parameters_main
struct
-removed morphology file ifstream
-removed check for validity of morphology file

OSC_Sim class:
-changed morphology file ifstream to a morphology filename string

testing:
-added test_morphlogy.txt sample morphology data from Ising_OPV to be
used for import testing
-added initial set of tests for opening the morphology and importing the
data

Travis CI:
-update build & test script to run set the current working directory to
the test directory before running the test executable, so that it can
find the test morphology file
