* test conversions
* test ConvertServiceInstanceTo(APB|CRD)
* add TestConvertBundleToSpec
* add parameters to the tests
* add parameters to ConvertBundleToSpec & its corollary
* fix NilableNumber conversions
* add test with encoded apb
* handle more of the error edge cases
* return the proper err array
* do not ignore errors on conversions
* test invalid plan parameters & async types
