Implement hearthbeat support

Implement hearthbeat support making the server provide
hearthbeat timeout and interval options
(which are 60 and 30 seconds respectively)
and send hearthbeats keeping the websocket connection alive.
Also make the server support pings.
Fix a bug causing unset server option fields not being set to default
when using the NewServer constructor function and make the
NewHeadlessServer constructor function assign the options.
