Bkl algorithm (#34)

Closes #30 and #31

KMC_Lattice submodule:
-updated submodule to latest development branch version that has the BKL algorithm implemented

Exciton class:
-removed calculateExecutionTime functions for each event and replace
them with calculateRateConstant functions

Polaron class:
-removed calculateExecutionTime functions for each event and replace
them with calculateRateConstant functions

OSC_Sim class:
-updated calculateExcitonEvents and calculatePolaronEvents to use new
BKL algorithm

testing:
-updated tests to suppress cout command line output
