First implementation of the usage of a thread pool to handle notifications

Basic fix of issue #11

- The thread pool must be given and managed by the developer
- The SimpleJSONRPCDispatcher class and its children, e.g. SimpleJSONRPCServer, now have a ``set_pool(thread_pool)`` method
- The code of the ThreadPool class is based on Pelix/iPOPO ThreadPool class.

The usage of thread pool has not yet been tested.
