Massive refactoring of basic structure.

To make the most of the task library and more advanced future features I
have refactored alot of the base of this. The commands are no longer
fired through the console class, infact I have removed that completly
and rely on the Dispatcher directly, this will allow me to move forward
and add some more advanced features like command forwarding, helpful
help task, command listing, more accurate testing, easier to use
application stack.
