juliet new: fix args parsing issue

Well, parsing arguments like I wanted to do so was kind of a bad idea.

Following this refactoring the key-value list is going to work as
following:

For each key/value pair:
 1. the key
    - optional: the key might end with a ':' character. This is just
      syntactic sugar, doesn't change anything.
    - keep in mind: the key can't contains spaces ' ', underscores '_'
      or colons ':'.
 2. followed by one or more space characters
 3. the value

Also, now the article file name is not a positional argument anymore,
you'll have to pass it to -f or --file-name.

e.g.

juliet new
juliet new -- title "This is a wonderful title"
juliet new --file-name "hello_world.md" -- date "1997-09-12"
juliet new -f "article-about-carrots" -- title: carrots date "yesterday"
