fix and refactor the dockerfile (#494)

* build(docker): fix and refactor dockerfile

The docker got stuck during the start because of the cmd used. Now we are able to compile with openssl feature and we are in a stable version of alpine. We use volume for the command_folder.
work for #470

* build(docker): Mount the unix socket in a volume to use sozuctl from the host

* build(docker): create an empty example configuration file for the docker

* doc(docker): Add documentation to explain how to run sozu using docker
