Use js-slang instead of slang files (#186)

* Remove slang folder

* Add js-slang dependency

* Change references to npm package ones

* Add slangHelper file

* Change createContext references to use the helper

The mocks have been excluded as they are most probably used for testing
(that do not have web interfaces).

* Fix __SOURCE__ property error

Fixed by adding a global declaration

* Format files

* Add alert and dummy visualiseList

* Format visualiseList

* Use non-organization owned js-slang

Also bumped js-slang depencency to v0.1.1 as a result

* Change import statements

Make them use non-organization js-slang
