Add Zero

This update implements Zero (Help Scout's Zero config JS toolkit).

All the babel/eslint/Jest stuff has been removed from the package.json.
The only things resembling these suckers would be single config files that
extends the settings provided by Zero.

Minor adjustments were made to the source files to appease ESLint.
