Prep code for enforced code-style checks in Travis

Run isort on all files.
Specify checks for fonduer and tests dirs.
Only release from python 3.6 linux build.
Update codestyle docs.
Update order of pre-commit checks.
Drop flake8.
Drop Python 3.5.
Remove temp poppler folder.
Fail travis early on code-style checks.
