[snap.geocode] write EPSG code directly into xml, respond to SNAP bug

Currently, EPSG 4326 is not supported by SNAP, which is described here:
https://forum.step.esa.int/t/by-zero-error-occurs-in-terrain-correction-epsg-4326/9826/8

Alternatively, the following code is written as WKT:
http://spatialreference.org/ref/sr-org/7305/html/

This CRS is the default of SNAP if e.g. set up via its graph builder

All other provided CRS are now converted to EPSG and written to the XML
in format 'EPSG:{code}', which is much shorter and easier to read
