Enable MD5 for OpenVPN on client (station) VPN

Many stations still use MD5 signed certifcates. OpenSSL 1.0.1 on CentOS does
not allow MD5 by default. Set env variables to enable MD5 in OpenSSL.

All certificates have been replaced by SHA256 signed certificates. However many
have not been distributed to the station PC. Hence MD5 still needs to be enabled.

The admin VPN uses SHA256 only and should not allow MD5.
