chore: separate 'docs:lint' from 'lint'

The instructions at https://github.com/apiaryio/dredd/blob/master/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md#recommended-workflow
and every Pull Request template tell contributors to use npm lint, which
now requires python, pip/python dependencies. To ease the contributor's
life, let's treat docs lint separately. Credits to @kylef for noticing.
