Fix confusion about real/imag/conjugate/adjoint

* For Operators, conjugate is *not* the same as adjoint, and cannot be
defined in a basis-indpendent way. Likewise, real, imag are not defined.
* The Re and Im functions were mathematically unsound and have been
removed
* Scalars now have have a real/imag property and a conjugate method
* Matrices have a real/imag property and a conjugate method. If the
matrix elements don't support these, an exception is raised
* The "pseudo"-real and imaginary parts used in SLH are now defined and
used internally in the circuit_algebra only
