Allow the default AWS Credentials Provider for the application S3 Client to be overridden with an assume role provider

This commit modifies how the application behaves when `genie.aws.credentials.role` has a value set to be more in line with the recommended behavior found at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/dev/AuthUsingTempSessionTokenJava.html and within the internal NSAC documentation. In this way it doesn't blow away the default credential chain aquired via typical means even if a role is entered. Instead if will build on top of the default chain in order to get a temporary session credential after assuming the role via STS service. The new provider has a background thread which updates the credentials periodically.
