tiny tweak in uzf1 (#350)

* Modified sr.export_contours and sr.export_array_contours to make use of sr projection info if available

* mfnwt.py - enabled reading in a file with comments after the first data line (pythonified the reading too)

* needed to cast several values from str to int for writing out MNW1

* Removed some case sensitivity from MNW1 writer

* baby docstring change mfnwt

* Added ability to force internal for MFlist.write_transient

* set nuzgag default as None and indicated as deprecated in the docstring as it is automatically set now and supplying it can cause problems. but...allowing it to be supplied to support legacy code

* Minor fix in MNW1 writing output -- as written, flopy-written MNW1 packages could not be re-read by flopy (doh)
