Fix MCQ Questions not showing up (#140)

* Make MCQ questions show up

This was because of always passing editorProps regardless of MCQ
question (due to a persisted IWorkspace state). I also made an enum to
differenciate the two kinds of questions (a la WorkspaceLocations)

* Add strings to WorkspaceLocations enum

It went missing in a rebase

* Format and update tests

* Add tests for Assessment

* Format test file
