chore(refactor): restructure codebase

- change app's folder structure
- delete redundant config folder
- setup environment for babel
- refactor the app as much as I can to es6
- add env variables for review apps
- change the start command in the Procfile
- create a .env.example file
- create new gulp tasks for building server sourcecode
- add new gulp task for starting the app in dev mode
- update eslint config to parse with babel
- update connect-mongo library
- refactor src links in footer view to load assets with right protocol
