readme: Change badge URLs to own caching proxy

Badges generated through shields.io take a long time to load. On GitHub
it's especially bad since GitHub's "camo" reverse proxy keeps timing out
after 4 seconds. Instead of using shields.io directly the README now
points to a caching reverse proxy at maxtruxa.com which caches badges
for 1 hour, making page loads almost instant once the cache is populated.
