New fancy email template (#82)

* Add new fancy email template. Must check if it's properly displayed in different clients.

* Add TriggerName and Tags to default template

* Format new fancy template

* Fix template name & fix comments in template

* This fancy template is much better than previous one. Most of email clients should render it properly.

* Few cosmetic enhancements

* New fancy emojies

* Fix emoji to Unicode 1.1, so it's supported by most of mail applications

* Add throttling

* Add fancy template with graph

* Fix: add table header for trigger note

* Add EXCEPTION state emoji

* Update template to a new design

* Add fancy-template to Docker, rpm, deb and tar
