Fix  live config panel height (#81)

* updates PANEL_VIEW_DIMENSIONS to fix style issues

- updates the height value to reflect the default value shown in the extension dashboard in dev.twitch.tv
- removes the `px` units from the values as the code that uses these values appends the units and causes broken styles with `pxpx` units

* updates the component view style mapping to reflect change made to the PANEL_VIEW_DIMENSIONS

since the `px` unit was removed from the constants, we need to expand the values and add the units to stay in line how the rest of the component types values are set

* updates jest snapshots due to generated style changes
