Added pauseChanges() and resumeChanges() functions. (#10)

* package-lock.json changes that automatically occurred during npm install

* Added pauseChanges() and resumeChanges(), that allows attempted changes to be observed, but not applied to the target object.

* Added a test case for the new pauseChanges() and resumeChanges() function.

* Added README documentation for the new pauseChanges() and resumeChanges() functions.

* Reverted the old package-lock.json, but kept the version number the same, since it was out of date previously.
