Feat(Support Cycles) Add support for macrocycle, mesocycle and microcycle

This commit adds support for training cycles such as
Macro is an annual plan,
Meso is phase of training witha duration of between 2-6 weeks
and Micro is instead only a week.

Update the days of week fixtures, edit workout model,
edit workout templates
