Check pairs of traces have same delta when performing linear operations; fix braodcasting depwarn on v0.7 in tests

- Check the delta is the same for two traces when adding (etc.)
  them together.  Before we only checked they were the same length
  and had the same start time.
- Add check for the above.
- On v0.7, filling an array on the LHS with a scalar requires
  broascasting the assignment (i.e., need a[1:2] .= 3).
