CONTENT-351: Provide retry functionality

Hook into the AcknowledgeHandler in msb-java to provide easy to use
retry functionality in the MsbResponderActor.

If the handleRequest method returns either an exception or a failed
future, the retryMode method will be called to determine what to do.

There are 3 possible options:
- NoRetry: The message gets rejected.
- RetryOnce: The message gets retried once, after that it gets rejected.
- Retry: The message gets retried, potentially creating an infinite
loop.
