PURGE/UNFACTOR OLD "web1" CODE - #106

Finally hacked/chopped out all of the old "web1" stuff which was a
design/implementation from long long ago whose purpose has been
long-since replaced, and has just been ugly cruft since.

The original idea of this code (which may still be revisited at some
point) was to support rendering any Module as alternate, "web1" (vs the
"Web 2.0" Ajaxy stuff of ExtJS) which would be plain HTML. These were
all experimental ideas that we moved away from over time. It was a very
poor implementation primarily due to poor separation of concerns,
failing to follow the MVC pattern, and better ways to handle the
original needs were found (primarily related to the
"viewport"/"printview" code paths which handle rendering a single module
in a dedicated viewport consuming the whole browser).
