Do not fail when converting a UTF-8 string

Some UTF-8 strings are NOT valid when reported by the PKCS#11 library.
Instead of failing with an exception the user can't fix the invalid
characters are now ignored.

Thanks to nekolyanich for the bug report and patch
"UnicodeDecodeError with Rutoken ECP after library update"
