records: fix bugs and add analyses links below publication information

* Fix a bug in the heatmap visualisation when the minimum/maximum x or y value was zero.
* Fix a bug in the heatmap visualisation where the maximum value was coloured black.
* Fix a bug defining the table name from the data record view.
* Only show old HepData link for migrated records (coordinator=1).
* Add analyses links (e.g. Rivet) below publication information on records.
* Replace hard-coded http://www.hepdata.net URLs with SITE_URL from config.py.
* Replace http://dx.doi.org URLs with https://doi.org URLs.
