Added dropdown button for downloading and custom fav checkbox
Added a dropdown button for downloading all available chapters at once to the top panel of the chapter list. Also changed the favorite checkbox to use a custom image so that the text label can be removed. Slightly rearranged the top panel due to these changes. Also changed the default displayed in the chapter list to be empty now that the chapter list item layout is complete. Changed the constructor for the ChapterListWidget to take a series title, will be changed again in the future to take a SeriesCache.
