Use chardata instead of concatenation & fromat code (#5)

* Format code

- Run `mix format` on whole code base
- Add `.formatter.exs` to configure Elixir formatting tool

* Use chardata instead of concatenation

This should increase performance in case of large dependencies trees.
Also this allows to use `IO.ANSI` output format to colorize output in
more user friendly form.
