Fix for issue #21 (#22)

* Modified LinkedResourceMethodHandler to correctly update cahced resources when setter method is called on proxy instance. Other small changes to support this feature included.

* Fixed broken test

* Converted to 4 space tabs

* Trying to fix further style issues

* Removed getter/setter restriction from LinkedResourceMethodHandler.supports() and reverted subsequent changes to JavassistClientProxyFactoryTest

* Renamed invokeGetter method to reflect what it actually is.

* Removed unnecessary asserts from test

* A bit more refactoring to better abstract out common functionality and remove unnecessary code

* A few updates after recent code review comments

* Removed some IntelliJ analysis suppression statements
