Commit Message

CI: run errcheck before unit tests. (#20)

This commit updates `.travis.yml` to install the
`github.com/kisielk/errcheck` utility to check for missed error
handling.

A simple `.errcheck_exclude` file is included to ignore `fmt.Fprintf`
invocations without an error check.

Two simple err check fixes are made in `test/cttestsrv/server.go` to
ensure the `errcheck` completes without error.
