Assembly: instance parameters and id/code matching

With this change, Assemblies now have specific parameters
that get merged with those from the Goods Type's behaviour

Also, we introduce matching of inputs' Goods by id and code.
This is useful for callers (typically planners) that know them
before hand, and allow them to pin the inputs from the very
beginning, without bypassing the various checks imposed from
the Goods Type.
