Project Opening

Adds a `project.get_internal_project()` method to the `ExposedProject` class, which attempts to retrieve the `project.internal_project` value multiple times until either it successfully gets the internal project or the timeout is reached. This is useful for cases where the internal project is loaded asynchronously and a join-like behavior is needed to prevent race conditions between assignment and access of the internal project object.
