Consume updated Artillery to pass script directly to run command (#136)

* Consume updated Artillery to pass script directly to Artillery run command.

* Fix linting errors

* Change working directory to `var/task/` and add diagnostic error messages.

* Remove debugging messages. Changes directories only if /var/task exists; logs otherwise.
Update reference to Artillery repo commit.

* Remove directory change from taskExec.js as it is not needed in practice.

* Re-enable NPM tests.
