Linear operator (#357)

* Add support for real eigenvectors when specified, up to the user to decide when it should work.

* Add one more test to increase test coverage.

* Refactor options for Davidson diagonalization, to fix some pylint warnings.

* 1) Add (Parallel)LinearQubitOperator class inheriting from LinearOperator. 2) Add getting single operators or operator groups from a QubitOperator.

* Remove get_linear_operator() from _sparse_tools.py.

* Remove get_linear_operator() from _sparse_tools.py.

* Replace get_linear_qubit_operator with (Parallel)LinearQubitOperator in its performance benchmark.

* Fix davidson unit test by not using ParallelLinearQubitOperator.

* Add unit test and remove unncessary check to increase test coverage.

* Fix test coverage complain from travis due to multiprocessors.
