Commit Message

Allow different ways to pass rutl dir.

Make Browser's param names friendlier.
Allow setting RUTL::PAGES
   or setting environment varable RUTL_PAGES
   or passing rutl_pages: to the Browser class.
Also error in friendly way if it's not there.
And update docs and scrub code.
