Implement session last lookup update

Add a new field to the session object called "LastLookup"
to denote the last time a session was looked up.
This should prevent active sessions from being garbage collected.
Also update the SessionManager interface and introduce a new
return type SessionLookupResult to ease the declaration of
OnSessionLookup, which must now return a SessNotFoundErr in case
the session wasn't found by key.
Update documentation according to the changes made.
