Cleanup Repository

Changed:
- Update constraint for "php"
- Update to php-coveralls/php-coveralls@^2.0
- Update to squizlabs/php_codesniffer@^3.0
- Update to phpunit/phpunit@^5.7||^6.5
- Rename 'phpcs.xml' to 'phpcs.xml.dist'
- Move 'tests/phpunit.xml' to './phpunit.xml.dist'
- Fix scripts, rulesets, and configurations for PHPCS and PHPUnit as per their versions
- Update '.travis.yml' to use Composer scripts
- Update '.travis.yml' to test PHP 7.2
- Update '.gitattributes'
- Update '.gitignore'

Removed:
- `tests/bootstrap.php` in favor of autoload from PHPUnit

Added:
- `AbstractTestCase` used by all unit tests
- `Mocks\AbstractModel` as basis for other mock models
- Localized labels on metadata

Fixed:
- Composer package type
- Errors reported by PHPCS/PHPUnit
- Metadata syntax
